Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

@IronHead

I am going to get one of my titanium sheets cut to size during the week and will be making one unit with 3x3 +-+ and 2x3 Neutrals. On your diagram on page 14, how many Neutrals are required. Also, what guage is the steel.

I will also have some plates cut to 2x6 +-+ and 1x6 neutrals to do some comparison testing.

Hydrogen production is a function of the surface area being exposed to the water solution at all times, and I am wondering if having a cell rise to high will create bubble stacks that will hinder the contact of water on the plates. I was even thinking of putting the cell on a swing thus moving the cell left 3" then right 3" to keep the plates free of bubbles, but I'll see when this thing is up and running.

Since water treatment is my main business, I will be analysing some elements of the water, most notably the pH of the water before and after, since pH is a direct function of the hydrogen ion in water.

My 1x6 cell will be tested against the first as both will have the same total surface area to react with, I want to see if the hydrogen has less distance to rise out of the column, if this will maintain a higher water to plate surface contact ratio.

Now I have to figure out how I am going to quantify the hydrogen production although the percentage of hydrogen will be difficult to know. If I took a compressor and holding tank, took the tank weight with only air pressurized to lets say 15 psi, then emptied the tank and filled it with the hydrogen to 15 psi and weighed it, the difference in weight may give the production. I'll have to work on that.

All the best and thanks for your guidance.

@wattsup
There are many ways of getting the bubble up out of the cell cavities . We will do it later by pumping them out . Flow systems and how they are built and what materials are used  are very important and we will get into that soon.

How many neutral plates ? 16 by my count.
You guys have to let me know if these drawings are not clean or are to dark for you to see. Alot of times  most peoples gamma is way out on the monitors.

As far as thickness goes of these plates . Anything 16 gauge or less, nothing so thin that  it can not support itself though. I mean nothing to flimsy .

Good luck on the Titanium cell . I want every one to know what "wattsup" is doing is not with a standard sort of Titanium . He is using a very specialized material .Standard  "AL or CP" types of Titaniums are oxygen reactive.

@Grumpy ,you touched on something that we will be talking about here, the use of aluminum as a shield. Also circular disks work very well as long as you can encapsulate them later. I did not want to make this to hard to build  hence the right angles.Rings though , I am not to sure about unless you are talking just like the Joe cell? Tubes more or less. Message me about  this.

@rapttor  be safe dude ;)

Ya know I just might have one of those....I will give pics at a later point.

The best way of all is to build a water cleaning system that is designed just for this purpose  of making HHO in this cell stack. Starting with water from a river ,rain ,underground well . But we dont need to go there yet as this will requirer building a whole new type of apparatus for cleaning water in a specific way.
But I will cover this design in the future once you all understand more about
what we are doing here.

It?s easier to be forgiven than it is to get permission....

If you do use it! There is no better way to condition water as far as I know for this type of project.

This might explain "Helionon"
Ok , does any one know here about the implosion effect and when it can happen ?
The HHO we are producing now is an explosive effect. What do we need to know to create and implosive reaction or to avoid it?

Here is the idea . If we can implode before top dead center in and piston engine  then after top dead center we explode . So imploding to pull the piston up and explode to push it back down . this adds a new partial cycle to the process.

It is abit soon to get into this but  we can cover it alttle bit now why you guys are building charging and such.
