Thank you for the absurd points.  It's mildly humorous to see someone attack insulting comments with insults of their own.  The hypocracy is amusing.

My  comment  about    trash beside the road was  part   of an anaogy.

I did not actually  state that anyone here is  trash .

But I did realise that  my  comment  would be personalised  and  someone would  use it aganst me .


I  don't  get into name calling .     I  find there is  nothing to gain  from calling names .
I  have my own opinions .  but I see no  reason to call people names based on my opinions .




Now .......sense you  brought  it up .   Just for clarity I will  state  just  what  it would take  for  me to think of  someone as trash . ..... I  will not  call  anyone  here trash even if I think  that the fit my  idea of trash perfectly . 


I see everthing   in the physical universe  as  being  the sum of its parts .

Nothing  can  become more than the parts that it is made of.

As an example  of how this  works  I will  use  the earth.

As long as we live on this planet  we are part of earth .

How does  this fit into  what is trash to me ?

Each  way we choose to  interact  with  the earth and the  other  lifeforms  here  showes what kind of person we want to be.   



Cancer is a disease where the cells  of a  body "  forget "  their  function  within the body  and start  growing  out of control .   Cancer  serves no one  except itself . 
The funny thing about cancer ....... it only serves itself  but because it only serves it self if left unchecked  eventually  kills its host . 

In my opinion  people  that  only serve  themselves  are  a kind of cancer  of the earth .
In my opinion  if most of  humanity   choose  to only serve themselves humanity  will die ........  and rightly so .

Those people  that are pulling the  strings  of our governments  are clearly  cancer  to me.    If left  unchecked  humanity  is  going to run into a brick wall  in the not to distant future.
Can humanity  survive another 50 years if we keep following the path we are on ?....... personally  I don't think so .

The  bottom line  is ...... either  you  choose to be part of the  problem or part of the solution.   

You are either  an asset to earth .......or a parasite .
If we are a race of parasites .........the universe will be a better place when we are gone.




This  room works  in the same way  as the earth as a whole .

Do  you  spend  your  time here  trying to help people  find an answer for our  energy  problems ?         Or  do you  attack any  idea that  you can find a flaw in?



Are you  an asset to this  room ......or are you a parasite?



The  first  part of  my  post that got me into this  little chat   was about  cold fusion. 

I believe that there  is  something to cold fusion

I beleive that  science is now  proving that.  ( not so much in the US )

I beleive that  there is something  to what  Sam  has been talking  about . 

Is  it what he thinks it is ?   I don't know .     

I do think  that  we should   try to find out .

I am here  because I see that humanity is reaching  a critical point .

If we can't learn to work together  on matters like  energy we arn't going to last long .

The governments  of this world  are not  going to help .

If the  energy problems   of humanity  are to be solved  .......WE must  solve them ....  We don't have the option of waiting for  someone else  to fix our  problems .

Ok, gary, here's why your opinion is pure tripe to me.  If an idea can be torn apart it has no merit and should be dismantled as quickly as possible so people can move on to something that does have merit.  Your notion of "getting jollies" excludes the possibility of getting to the heart of the matter.

I could agree I "get my jollies" by cutting to the chase; to see if there's somthing valid being said.

In your case, given you don't show much of a backbone in your insulting nature I don't really give a rats backside what your judgement is in other matters (eg:  If you are here just to get your jollys  by tearing  the ideas of others   apart ....... you are clearly  trash to me .)

I'll put it this way:

• If you can't demonstrate a more critical examination of the facts you are clearly an imbecile to me.

That's about in the same form as your judgment was.  If it was agreeable to you to put it in that form I can't imagine any objection you'd have if I give it back to you in that form yet in different terms.

Hiding behind insinuation indicates a lack of back bone.  Grow a backbone.

You  can't  actually  tear  apart  someone elses idea ......  no matter what you say they will  believe what they want to beleive about what they   have found. 

What   you will change  is their  impression of you .......and their  willingness to share  there ideas here.
