Hey Dallas,

I contacted you on Ebay about your Cell being the best one out of all the others on Ebay and that I have done a similar setup as yours with the cups.

Anyways, my first setup didn't contain any holes and I used the lips of the cups, or as I would say "the love handles", as my positive or negative connection for each cup and then I would use zip ties for my spacers between each cup. I used Gorilla Glue to attach the Zip Ties to the inside of the cup in a triangle of 3's and by using Gorilla Glue the glue would expand to where it will create a firm wedge between the two cups holding it in place. After testing, that created a very good amount of bubbles and then I decided to make another cell with a hole in it.

So on my 2nd setup I wanted to drill a hole in the cup to allow the bubbles to have more than one way to rise and drilling that sucker was a pain in the butt. It was like Superman's chest was right at the tip of my drill bit. I used a small PVC pipe grip to hold the cup in place and then used my waist to keep the PVC pipe grip from spinning and put my whole body weight down on the cup. After doing that and adding a bilge pump to suck the bubbles out and shoot it back in the PVC canister, it looked like it was creating massive amounts of HHO.

I tested to see how many amps a 5 cup setup would draw and it took about 6-7 amps on a 12v battery and it created some crazy amounts of HHO with a little baking soda. I hope you do very well on Ebay my friend. I will probably sell my first HHO Unit soon on Ebay. Keep up the great work.

I have kind of given up on this setup - current draw is melting insulation on heavy guage wires, blowing 30A fuses. This was with 9 cups. I reduced my "cup tower" down to 6 cups, still drawing unmanageable current. Fantastic HHO output, until the fuse blows or the wires gets so hot they start smoking.

I guess its time to experiment with a more exotic electronics setup than just straight 12VDC off the battery.

Start without a catalyst and then add a small amount of baking soda or whatever the electrolyte is until you get to the desired amp draw.

Good point - never thought of that. Having a hard time locating KOH here in Canada.

Something else I am thinking about - what about adding a "dryer" inline i.e. a container packed with dessicant, or a premade inline dessicant dryer made for use with air compressors? Would this not help to remove water vapor?
