yep that old turbo coil i made  ringgs bells  ;)

let me recap that coil for you ....  12vdc 1000ma...  input  plsued BOTH - AND +  out put  was 26vac at the same amparage....


i see an increase .....  do you?  so 12vdc at 1 amp = 12 watts?  im no good at figureing this kind of thing out...

now 26 vac at 1 amp =  26 watts?

To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. The part L  however  by virtue of its self induction  offers a strong opposition to such a sudden discharge  wile the condenser on the other hand offers no such opposition ......TESLA..
