I have been eating apple seeds for almost a year now.  I usually eat an apple a day and the seeds it has in it.  I do for preventative measures as well.  I haven't looked into the apricot seeds yet.

I can see the cyanide molecule in the upper half of the diagram for B-12.So outlawing B-17 and not outlawing B-12 for containing cyanide seems unfair?triffid

To mark69.I think thats great!It seems a great way to stay cancer free.Cheap too!I lost my mom to cancer in 1994 and I lost three friends to cancer this past summer.Now that I know more about B-17 I can keep myself from cancer.Not much fun to lose dear friends to the chemo and radiation system they have today.Try a peach kernal too sometime.I know I will.triffid
