Sorry I haven't been keeping up to date with this thread. A few pages back there was mention of George Lakhovsky and his MWO. I have been reading as much as I can about him and his MWO.

I have recently come across a website where they have found a couple of original units and have reverse engineered them. It is the best information I have found so far about the MWO.

Anyone who is seriously thinking about building an original replica, This is where to find the information. They have schematic diagrams of the unit and specifications and measurements of the aerials used. They also have building instructions with info on a couple of replications.
