Don't forget, we are in the newest part of creation...and there are reports of the presence of giants on the planet...smart giants can do a lot.

And who knows where we are located on the size scale...we pretty much know how we measure up on the intellectual chart.

I also suspect that matter is easily altered in mass and structure as demontrrated by Leedskalin and Hutchinson...whether by technology or thought.

And since we all know nothing is impossible...then anything is.
