as for the balls well , use cup holders ;-P.

(something to keep them in Place , lock them in for instance).

so they don't fall out, well it would affect the performance a bit but i prefer that ;-P

or use glue

or tape.

i think the ball would have to be the same weight or even lighter (prolly have to experiment around with that).

the device needs fiddleing around with , (but the weight must be the same).

sigh..

well every bit of it would need to be equal(in weight or simular in weight) because the Fastest part is the more Heavy!

which is why i think he used balls in stead of something else,

and all of that heavey force goes to the least weight ( ball)

and that CAUSES Unbalance .

and that negitive energy goes back into the fastest spining Part!

ITS ACTUALLY EASY To make one of these, id start with plastic. (because its cheap and would be strong enough... hopefully)
to gain knowledge of this machine.

and measure ments . etc etc..

i think the best way to get better performance is,

the inner (cone) will be heavyist then the bar and then the holder and then the balls.

which will create some serious counter- gravity effect to produce spin,

or you could do it all equal ...

id go for the one where the weight decreases.

because all that negtive power goes back into the heavy spinner (back to the cone , useing the bars).

when i decide to make one of these i will post results and building tips. (and im actually Likely BUT not very likely, to build one.) i aint got the tools you see..and not to much patence..

so let this clear the confuseion , and its not running on air ;-).

this well have some design tips but i just been explaining how it works to the uniformed.

i wonder if it could be converted into a water gravity powered wheel ;-).

or stick a telsa turbine in the middle of that Tube , Bahaha!!

YOU Could actually wind coils around it with magnets , so you wouldnt need to plug the kinetic force into a generator for instance.
