each and every point on your list could take a lifetime or more.
It was a short flash in your text, which should be considered carefully.

The tragic is only, that all what i write, was already possible in 20-ies of XX Century.

daVinci, Archimedes and others at that time already had plans for steam engines.
They based some of their Ideas on findings from the ancient arabic greeks like Heron of Alexandria 120 B.C.
So the Industrial revolution had could started long before.
Every war in mankind kicked us 100 years back, because of destroyed
information and (for whatsoever reason) supressed findings and such.
Schauberger, Tesla and Coler are more recent examples of that.
So bring us back to times before Combustion-Industries.
Its easier than bringing us to the 23th century.

When want to talk about drugs (medicines) don^t bother, i know exactly how they work.
For example, this which are given mentally ill peoples in psychiatric, not only make him not conscious (they lose something from own personality), but also in many falls make them to fall into depression, suicides are often to happen too.
