this should work; except then the next stage is based at -X voltage to X voltage, so no part of that can be grounded.....

Besides prayers we are starting our cash donations here in macau to send thru proper channels
It will take a year for electricity restoration     there is exodus to other islands
Unlike Cathri na and Japan tsunami   the local government were wipe out as well   after 6 days without food and water   the US navy  UK France Japan Australia and others finally rolled out the food and medicine
