Tito, I need your comment on last theory that every ou is by transmutation of atoms aka radioactive aka Colman patent .I can't believe in that because it would put us in restrictional law. What do you think ?

Well, for me, radioactive is just another way of making energy, and in this way we are using energy in input to output, did you get that, i can't explain it very clear.

I know that all, but you must proof your device is free from any harmful radiation - and statement that every ou is done by transmutation close all doors for us to make such devices (it become like Fleischmann–Pons cold fusion). Did you checked for radiation from device?
