The kick means free energy, common pure electrical pulses and BEMF pulse are not kicks, kick appears as pulse.
this is Tito's thread, I don't want talk more about Tito's device in details, you can ask him directly.
Tesla use HV to make big output efficiently, but HV is not easy control, and dangerous. so, a good idear from Tito, is use multy stages and lower voltage.  therefore it's easier to build and convient to use.
