This is central to Teets' device, I believe: discharging a cap into a coil in one direction.  For me, this means that he's discharging from the cap, through a diode (to ensure charge movement in a single direction) and then into the coil.
Remember what Teets said about closing one door, and how it caused the other door to a room to open, and applying this analogy to the charge-discharge in his setup.  This may mean that the cap becomes conditioned so that as it discharges (push), it is also drawing in charge from the ambient through the antenna part of the setup (pull).  The antenna is essentially (I believe) the virtual positive); the trick is to keep the circuit open, with a virtual ground, as Teets mentioned using Moray's virtual ground as an example. In this way, the dipole is not destroyed.

With this understanding in mind (I hope I'm on the right track), perhaps it sheds some light on Teets' following recent statement:

About the three wires: the driving wire should be separated from other core of the secondary and tertiary to lessen the friction or the resistance.
so that what ever you do to other core the primary is not affected. in that sense we can make a lot of energy, and just join everything in the final or whatever you want

Here, I'm assuming the driving wire is the coil that gets the one-directional discharge from the cap.  The rest we can discuss.

My plan is to keep asking you to prove that you actually know how to make "free energy" until you either prove it, or admit that you can't. How can you pretend to teach other people how to do something that you don't know how to do yourself? That's what I don't understand about you, Tito.

Where do you get your own electric power from? Will you answer that question honestly? Please?

You know what buddy, i am one of your avid fan actually, i believe in many post you've done in this site. 


my plan like what i said, i just want many people to learn the obvious things in free energy.
like for example : can we not charge in an instant in parallel more than 2 caps?, then discharge it very very fast in a separate series connection in a (cascade coil)   and produce lots of energy?. is that very hard to make buddy?, and that is very obvious that we can produce lots of excess of energy isn't it?. 
do you know the reason why very very fast?. now, that is overkill.
