Interesting read. IT also provides some guidance on design and tuning. Worth some effort IMO as this is not very far from where most of us are at in coil design

Glad to see that there are at least 2 truth seekers on this forum..   What we need to do is get a metal that doesn't put off radiation when it decays and it's in the article and at least we understand what is happening during the reation.  Even TK didn't know how his device works.  But with the right metal we can find the best "rod" or plate to use in our trials.  Now you can't listen to to many people on here, when they get no where and talk a hell of a lot.  But when you are on the right track they usually say nothing and ignore it and keep talking and act like its nothing.  So we have a basic circuit and we know what we need to do, So if the right people just do some simple work it shouldn't take that long to get a simply working device.  Should we start a new blog??  I think so..
I don't know if Zilano was on to this but Zilano new what he needed to do and I don't know what ever really happened to her/him??

I do experiments all the time.
I read through most of the pages on the Russian website you posted using google translate.
But I can't read Russian and google doesn't translate the Russian words that are in an image.
So it becomes very difficult to replicate from the images posted without the translation and without parts list and coil construction details.

This is a great but simple video of a series, and I finnally see what we need to do to the molecules of the atoms we need to excite.  It's called PRECESSION in NMR..  We nned to find the right pulse to get the atoms on their AXIS andspin them at the same time.  NMR finnally explains what I have been trying to understand about this process.  He explains it in a very simple way and the pulse I believe is used to get the atoms on their axis while also spinning them which causes torque and when they push back(I'm trying to interpret whats going on) they create PRECESSION and release the FREE INDUCTION DECAY that releases electrons..  Everyone can help themselves by reading on what I posted before and watching these videos..
