For me personally there was nothing at all new in this as I've studied all of what he discussed for many years and in depth.   But I suspect it would be very good for some people here who are definitely 'stuck' in the 'Matrix' of 'their' reality.   It is indeed an excellent video that covers a lot of territory and not what some people might expect from Icke.   Thanks for posting it and hopefully a lot of others will watch it also. 
One of the more fascinating tidbits in the video for me was the guy who had been programmed by a hypnotist to not be able to see his daughter in the room and when a watch was held behind her he could read the watch as his daughter was now invisible to him.   As he points out solid objects are not at all solid - all is energy we are programmed to see as solid.   How many here are prisoners to their programming?

uh thats a big caduceus coil. I also build one of similar dimensions (little more diameter i think) once when i tried to replicate STAAR device (mine was bigger than their specs). When pulsed with high voltage it made all electronics in house go crazy and sometimes also my brain felt like it was slowly shutting down. I also used caduceus coils often as primary for Tesla coil setups. I remember one build, where i used a bifilar series connected caduceus with a ground tap at the series connection, driven with Kacher style it was very effective (around 1 watt Input). I couldnt extract energy from it though, just light up neontubes
