kapanadze is an old man right? before cellular tech, people communicate by radio.HAM,80 M, 100 M, etc.maybe a long a go he active as one of radio member?. we  can listen frequency as sound with radio.kapa dont have oscilloscope,so how he tune his freq device?RADIO! .too simple? tried!
on receiver/transmitter there is xtal cap or variabel condenser.
yes we can tuning/change freq by using variable condenser or change xtal.
on receiver/transmitterr there is also VARIABLE COIL,it also can be use to tune freq.
inside a variable coil there is FERRITE CORE.  it's like CHOKING COIL IN TESLA WITH TUNEABLE CORE.

The low frequency carrier is modulated with high frequency picks at very top  of the amplitude presenting as DC of given with.
The amplitude of that square pics is much bigger as low amplitude carrier.

You could picture it as very narrow very high square picks of DC at frequency higher that the carrier.
The rising edge  and falling edge of such impulse is very short however for us the important is that  in the sloping down time there is at certain point the carrier of its very unique time base  amplitude level.

A jumble of wires and components is meaningless and IMO a waste of your valuable time trying to explain it all. This guy has already posted a couple of previous videos showing the same unconvincing setups with so called ground wire disappearing into nowhere.
