The purpose of listing the Wittaker paper from 1903 is that Bearden noticed that Maxwells 240 Quaternions were  the result of research similar to that paper. Heaviside excised 236 of Maxwells Quaternions leaving only 4 upon which modern electrodynamic theory is based, to this day. I just wanted to point out the connections. I hope you read more Bearden about this. He surely isnt lying, no matter what his fudged education is,

True, however I am in a building where I cant do experiments in my room. Too many rules here. This is the reason Im asking one of you to set up my experiment after my diagram of an overunity circuit.....its very, very simple but it should pull as much energy from space as is demanded in any load, because the di pole battery is the collector of spatial potential and is always an open 4D system as long as the BEMF cant get back to the battery to destroy it.
