I will lead by example and see if our Russian friends will join us.

The Kapanadze device and the SR device use the same ferromagnetic principle in spite of some have wrongfully claimed. The ground wire running up through the center is what is called a 1 turn transformer and it will transfer mostly the back EMF to that ground wire. Without it, the coil would build up a huge charge and be dangerous or destroy the electronics.

Another way you can tell they are both ferromagnetic is how they are driven. On the SR device schematic, you see a chip that is driving the transistors. If you look at the image below of how the chip is wired, you see what appears to be a Schmitt trigger or a chip operating in that way.

The reason the chip is connected like that is to produce a random or wavering sound similar to a siren. You can search youtube for hex schmitt trigger and find all kinds of noise makers such as this.

The reason they are using the changing sound is because when a ferromagnetic transformer goes into saturation (necessary for the effect to occur) the resonance point of the transformer suddenly changes.

Both Stan Meyer and Dr. Puharich wrestled with this problem. Meyer solved it with a phase locked loop while Puharigh solved it with a feedback from the secondary.

The Russian devices are primitive so they are solving the problem by driving the transistors with a range of frequencies to hit the ferroresonance harmonic of iron or the sweet spot enough to keep it running.

CosmoLV posted a 556 driver circuit recently where he did not show where the triangle wave went. (It's a big secret you know...) The triangle wave is used to vary the frequency driving the transistors which will help hit that moving target.

Another aspect of ferro-resonance is that when the ferromagnetic resonance occurs, the core itself will emit lots of voltage and so it must be grounded. You can see how he traced the copper ground plane on the wire to show it's location.

The ferromagnetic material will go from Fe65 > Fe54 and give off two electrons. When they come back, this pulls the coils lower and energy is produced.

If the ferrite contains non-conductive dielectric piezo electric materials such as silicon dioxide, the ferrite will resonate even better and produce what Meyer was probably calling "electron bounce phenomenon" which will enhance the effect.

Other methods can be employed such as using a shorted coil to produce a reflection and magnetic compression which results in acceleration. Even a permanent magnet on the end of the coil which is probably what that part that sticks out on the end of the Kapanadze and SR coil is, will produce some compression and bounce resulting in acceleration and excess energy.

So all that and probably more proves that both Kapanadze and SR are getting their energy from ferro resonance. Both the claimed driver circuits and the ground wire running through the center are evidence of that.

Here is the driver for the SR device and while I stated it was probably a hex schmitt trigger, other chips can be used. Meyer used a programmable pulse train set by dip switches for example.

Note how on the SR193 schematic he calls that section of the schematic "sine wave deformation" That is to make sure to hit the sweet spot.

The computer you complain about the US on was invented and most of the parts in it were manufactured in the US. The internet you use to tell us how stupid we are was invented by the US and connects the Earth through space based communications placed there by the US. The craftmanship of SR and Kapanadze looks like the work of a child. They do not have the love to even create something that is organized and well constructed. They use a knife to cut wires and attach them without connectors. They use cardboard painted green as a housing. Everything from the poor conditions with how they live to what they create lacks love.
