I made a new experiment without a multimeter.
In order not to creating excess difficulties, I have decided to use the standard Flyback Transformer from Russian TV  -  ТÐ'С110ТЦ15

guys can someone help me, i dont have any oscilloscopes yet, i know how to read waveforms and understand pulses, but what kind of oscilloscope do you guys recommend ?  please not something extremeley expensive if possible

Thanks for the diagram of the transformer.
That gives at least an idea of the actual turns ratio.
Secondary winding count is 1080.
To achieve 25kV on the secondary, 92 Volts would be required on
the primary with 4 turns. (In normal operation that is, resonance will change it of course).
A 10 Vpp signal generator input would give you maximally 10.8 kVpp with a minimum (theoretical) primary turn count of 1 Turn.

Concerning your experiment, i guess i should look into it more, but it

Anywayz WHY cant we not just use a simple Tesla coil for hv generation??? with ferrite inside it?? it is extremely hard for the public to find truth in a device which needs parts that are nearly impossible to get..  there are countless inventors in history who describe only simple things like that.
And simple is the only way people.
do WE have to limit ourselves to Only enlosed flyback transformers?? and if can the team tell us why?
