I think you are on the right track.It must have something with "compressing" B field inside toroidal coil, or "squeeze" that field locally in a way to make it travel alongside circumference of toroid.I am anchored to idea of "squeezing electrons like squeezing water from a garden hose". I believe that principle of magnetic flux compression would be utilized in closed loop-continous way.Of course non expolsion type of flux compression.We don't want a short-one time use-pulse of energy density im MJ range, this is for military use.What we want is continous closed loop compression of B field spinning around like virtual turbine rotor.
I did started already collecting materials to do experiment.

Closed coil ? This is third time I hear about it. First in Sweet VTA schematic this coil is bifilar closed on itself output coil, then CosmoLV  said something about this coil inside ferrite rings and  now I think that may be important. For shorting coil thread also.

I don't want to go into forum wars.I am not interested at all in stuff non related to subject.And subject is - back engineer SM,TK and related devices working principle.So I will rather stick to technical issues. I know discussion topic many times gets distracted in other directions, maybe intentionally, maybe because so many guys want to say their thoughts.I know it is disturbing.But I do think-it-over all inputs and I am trying to filter out all non technically valuable trash.
Nobody will stop anybody from saying the truth, as long as truth is written -it is there.Sooner or later real waluable information will be spotted by someone who looks for it.Regardless of  the surrounding "noise" 
Back to the topic:
I do suspect it is not the whole  secret of working device,there might be a several clever ways to get it working.I was thinking about pulsing 3 coils spaced 120 deg apart, partly interwound to get full 360 deg B field rotation, wound on toroidal helix with constant  bias of B field.This would give "squeezing" effect of B field alongside toroid interior.Then part I am not sure yet- inside that toroid helix:
a) we could wind verical thick wire coil or even single wire, and that would be our power coming from ( Isidore Kitsee way)?
b) we could insert another toroidal helix giving opposite B field to the bigger helix, and keep it pulsed.This should compress B field of bigger toroidal helix
c)maybe there are other ways, like spark gap discharge inside toroidal helix
What is interesting, I saw on the russian forums linear coils setup starting from big-to- smaller coils diameters, I believe pulsed, and a thick wire going through inside of them.Looks to me like utilization of magnetic flux compression.
Anyway, I am gearing up materials and equipment to do some experiments.
