Blaming "perpetual motion" is not correct here.
In my simple experiment the Tesla setup simply draws electrons from Earth and that's why you see bulb lighted up just from 1 ground wire while other connection gois to coil. P.S. Talking to people like this is just a waste of time until they realize where additional energy input comes from in practical work.
