When we first started negotiations with Kapanadze, he wanted to build  a mechanical device. He told me he was terrified to disclose the secret because it could be easily copied. His words were -it's so simple - you'll laugh. So his thinking is  to bury his device under a pile of moving metal. I refused. I told him I could see through his smoke and mirrors. He was a bit taken aback at first but he realised that I knew some  of the leading free energy researchers and he wanted to work with the team. I offered him access to the network which leads back through Tom Bearden and back to assistants who worked with Tesla.
I asked him to build an aquarium mark 2, only without all the fancy load switching electronics. I was aware that in the original aquarium video he suffered from voltage spikes on switching and burned some components out. So I asked him to make a 2 KW device that simply ran for hours. He agreed and did exactly what we asked. Then he succored us in for a 10 KW 3 phase build with the promise of a contract for the UK and South Africa. He refused to sign on the second occasion, so the team refused to play his game. He is still a CON MAN, albeit one with a strange OU secret.

Where ever it is connected it's immaterial, I simply pointed to some strange behaviour of man because there is imho a reason for it. Try to guess if you wish, I would rather keep it for myself...

In a magnetic core we obviously have to magnetise it.  This can be done by magnetising the core through a load ballast.
A good load ballast would be a battery charging circuit.  Then this wonderful thing happens you stop charging the battery or open the circuit very quickly and the pseudo magnetic field collapses.  Where did this power come from?
