Here's what I think. Kapanadze is panicking because too much was revealed in the 2004 video.
Look at the isolation transformer. It is not wired correctly. Why are there two wires attached as if a "glancing blow"? To put it in electrical terms, "What is the point of wiring the L1 of a transformer in that way?".
Normally you have two wires on input. Why are there 4 wires? Is there a capacitor in parallel to create a parallel tank circuit?
Now look at the L2. there appear to be two terminals with epoxy around them. Epoxy is good for 10,000 volts insulation.
LOL. Have we got you Tariel? Is there a coil capacitor wrapped around the L2 of the transformer?
Is the L2 Hv energy from the ambient background?
Is the purpose of energising L1 in that way simply to create a free HV field from the hidden L2 capacitor?
Now that would be so simple we would laugh.
