Personally, my advice is never to trust meter measurements.

Not even HF Wattmeters ?

The only way to test any device is to run it on caps.
Simple.  If it's OU, the caps will rise in voltage.

What if the voltage rises due to dielectric soak ?

I do not post  often  at recent times.
I want to ensure you that I respect you very much.
You have got your point  right.




There was a time when I directed  many of quite  heavy particle questions to Verpies.
Who ever he is, he is giving me helping hand.
I do not care if he is black, "gringo" or "lesbian" however  it is nice to know that he speaks  Polish.
So at least, I know that there is  helping hand willing to help if ever.
But the reality is that he must at first help himself.




You  Farmhand might  not heave not much response  from others ,because  nobody really cares  about you.
This forum is voluntary ,temporary junction  of unknown elements with unknown agenda.
And even if you heave response,  it might be, not in volume, intensity,or level suitable for any further progress
to be made out of this communication.

But  people are reading your posts and having their own ideas.
The only difference is the they do not care to respond as much .
There are few of us who post here,  the rest is possibly incapable of responding,
as it takes time to become oriented in area of free energy,
This is university  of its own.


The time pass by, and many of advanced researchers, are fallowing  their own  direction limited to  field of interest.
They are getting better end better in it,and that is why variety of us  concentrated here
on this forum makes us strong.They will still come back as I do.


But when the news strikes, than there is so much movement on this forum.
That I do not heave time to analyze it in depth.
The real split of the forum,   into single independent, money oriented ,selfish, greedy elements will be made when
there  will be  repeatable concept publish.Yes the forum  will be crowdy  for cheap, easy lift for free.
From that point  there will be no longer forum at its form- And that is what I do not like at all.

I can see some of  good  benefit of me being here.
1. I feel safer but not safe.
2. I do not feel alienated in my proceedings, goals, hopes.
3. I have  chance of someone to respond and by that I'm getting ideas.
4. By me trying to save world I can see that I'm not so much an idiot as I look I'm.
People are nice to me - for their own hopes, fears, or  just because they like me in this particular moment in time.
5.If ever FE will get wings in crowd there is safe place to be  as "they" can not kill everyone.

Look around you, How many people, are at level of consumption and day to day cheap entertainment.

No credit cards or if ever  than only one  never used and annually charge free .You do not need good score.
Bloodsuckers need to know that they can suck you  up in the future.

-Fashion:The best man suits here, come and save.

Answer: They change  fashion as they need  people to spend money for it.
And  "No man" will   unload his suit collection  voluntarily.
And shoes are being made: to look good and have short life.

With that.
I'm not watching TV for years now as this is waste of time.My wife (-master of psychology) does not   watch TV as well.
Education and information is on the internet  for free( no monthly fees)
(and no commercial  for 50 minutes+10 minutes of crowd amusement per hour)
Movies are on internet too- that is enough for us two.
The reality in  $1400 per year stays in mu pocket, not spend for CATV.




How  to build society of  high consumption, low perception, easily manipulated crowd:

People wasting their own potential  not because they are flat brain creatures but because life made them losing  their own chances for better life.
So much of human potential washed out.
They got ideas and next  they know -is the rent, the mortgages, the credit cards and needs of their wife and children becoming their first reality .




I drifted heavily to  particle acceleration and nuclear physics.
If I could I would be giving you your FE tomorrow , question is  could I.
the answer is yes I could.


So why not tomorrow.?
Answer: Because I can not build the  Colman device and sacrifice myself.I'm not such stupid.
For what?
For crowd?

Thanks for the posting.It does helps with building up my creativity.

I do see a useful potential with this finding with enough power to charge/trickle charge handphone once you get  regulated 5volt supply.
Only on condition the "power station" is still up and running and it should work even if the electricity to our home is switched off or  tripped maybe via circuit breaker,not pay bills on time  or in worst case where "power out from power transformer" in a certain area got tripped or switched off for some reason eg:maintenance work.

No need to trust meter if you don't want to, who needs a meter if you can get a light bulb to power another light bulb.

Or if you can get one motor to power another motor with no connection to any power source, there is no need for a meter.

We don't need meters to use power only to measure it.

Funny thing is a lot of people are making claims of OU based on meter readings. It is meter readings that determine how much your utility company will charge you for the power you consume.

Luckily for underwater divers, pilots and so forth meters are available and very useful. With meters it's not the meter or it's failings that cause problems it the user and the conclusions, is where the problems come from.

I seen a magician guy (apparently) levitating, but was he levitating or was it an illusion ?  I don't need a meter or a hoola hoop to pass around him before I can say it is an illusion. It's obvious. What I find funny is there are actually people who do believe the magicians can levitate and cut people in half and put them back together. Truly hilarious.
