Do you have a better idea where to try to replicate from?

you cant replicate something that is not working.    if there is something legit out there then you still are unable to replicate because by missing only 0.01 percent of what has been shown then you fail.   the reality is that even if we are looking at something legit then the vast majority of the people on these forums dont get 99.99% of whats going on in there.   you are just guessing on inductances capacitances.
and by just guessing you wont come to the answer,  the chances are extremely low that you will ever be on the right track if you try guessing from videos.
and the reason why this forum and all of the others fail is because people are not given out tasks,  if this forum would work on that principle then very soon you would get that answer.  if this forum plays team work with everyone knowing what task he has for today, submitting the answer into an intelligent database, all others would be able to look at that particular experiment and its outcomes, and the rest would not have to repeat that experiment only draw conclusions.  if everyone would work like this then this mystery would be solved in a month time i promise.

  You did a replication attempt to the akula device didn't you?  Which setup did you try, the first one with the tv yoke or the newer one without it?  If so how did you create a resonant circuit and did you adjust the voltage and amp's along with the impulse frequency?   Did you create a circuit that consumed no current?

this whole website would need to convert into an intelligent system, a system where members feel worthy because they made a helping hands to the rest of the members, the whole website would speak in data and not in feelings.
with this current paranoid system of unworthyness you wont achieve anything, you feel a great amount of energy in you when you see yourself worthy because you gave help.
all members collectively would come to an "online meeting" and talk about which best possible area they are going to cover in a week,  they would set a goal to find out certain things,every member would agree to finish that task by date,  and everyone would have a task to do, when that person finishes that task to find out of that part of the game he hands the full experiment data in, and he feels very worthy and will gladly do the second job.   within a month with this organized precise movement.   im sure this kind of precise organized gathering is feared..  because this is the only way.  you will find out...
the big guys would surely dont want this kind of precisity from the public. they only want "their professionals" to be this precise.

In theory that is an excellent model E9...but that will never work here.

It would only work among a group of people who know, trust and have personal contact with one another.

On here, the group would be infiltrated by saboteurs who would start nitpicking and dominating...in much the same way they do here already.

Its just too difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff.

The only way we will succeed here is to allow everyone the freedom to express their ideas...and in that way they will spark an idea in others, or make a mistake and stumble upon the elusive secret.
