what i meant was.....
normally (as i understand dry cells) one would set the water level
half way- maybe even right to the top
ive heard reports that hydrogen output was increased when water level
was lowered
their explination was that the greater the amount of exposed metal-the
better it could manufacture hho
seems like the plates dont like being surrounded by water
but they do like a very very fine mist
i believe the guy doing it ran a water pump through the cells
the resulting turbulence would finely coat the plates
my idea is to set waterlevel as low as possible and use the tremendous
vaccuum from inlet manifold to coat the plates instead of the inferior
water pump

  My father was educated at a school where they had Jesuits teaching the way.  The highschool aged students were forced to stand outside in subzero temperatures and cheer on the schools hockey time.  The snow that fell in this hell hole was piled up creating an arena.  The spectators werent allowed to go down inside the bowl they were forced to stand at the top of the bowl to be exposed to 30mile an hour winds blowing at subzero temperatures.  Meanwhile the Jesuits would sit down in the bowl with their hand stuck inside their draws and cloaks playing withthemselves watching the children freeze nearly to death on the top of the snowpile.  Fucking insane childmolestors.
