A child intuitively knows when it does wrong,the price of wrong in these forums grows with every passing day,
unlike yourself there truly are people that need this work like air to breathe,you would not be so "flip" with this work if you or your families lives could depend on success.

So again when posed with the put up or shut up you skirt the question and will continue to abuse someone who is actually trying to change the world by getting the information we research out there. Weather or not it includes your ideas or not it was shared in the open source concept without reservation of ownership. When someone says all he had to do was ask for permission that implies control and isn't that why we are here in this forum. That my friend is in deed suppression. What if Slayer or the others who don't have a legal right to say if he could use it said no? <-- THAT'S SUPRESSION. It was shared to the world and nothing says the world can not use it as they see fit. End of story.


This is just an exercise in ego trip for the parties who are exclaiming fraud and other slurs of character that are being thrown around.


So lets get back to the family card you throw around and the child card. What in blazes does this have to do with anything of the sort? Except for the heart strings you are trying to pull with that junk. Emotional abuse is the name of that card. Trying to emotionally motivate someone with a rebuttal about innocent children being effected by someone getting the information out there has nothing to do with what is going on here. Nothing. It's a ploy that someone with no legal standing uses to try to sway others into believing their tripe. You got nothing but yet some of you guys persist on using this BS. This is exactly what is gonna and has now given our community the tarnish we don't need. Instead of freely sharing we must now give permission to use and that my friend is bad, really bad. That permission before this event was implied.


As for you giving me respect it is a requirement of this forum. We all agreed to treat each other with the respect we all deserve. I will not let that be thrown asunder because you can not win an intelligent argument. Isn't that the crux of your argument about asking before using the information that slayer put out there in the public domain? So you and certain others demand the respect before any have earned it with anyone who might drop by and use the information. This my friend is the hypocritical statement that was posed to you and others. You demand and hold others to respect you and then don't hold yourselves to that same standard. Where is your morals? Where is the respect you demand for others? This is why the open source concept is used in these situations it's not about who discovered the information it is weather it is right and correct. We give up the right to control so that others will prove our methods and discoveries in lue of furthering the scientific knowledge we think is wrong in the world. We do not do this because of namesake or accolades we are true scientists who couldn't care less as long as it is correct and repeatable. We are all looking to improve the human condition and it can only be done if no one claims ownership and share it openly in a respectful forum no matter if that information or circuit diagram is used. When we allow ourselves to feed our ego it grows to a point where respect is given after we say so instead of it being implied from the get go.


Using tactics like these will only drive people we want to explore with us away and maybe even encourage others to do the same as the guy you are bashing, wch I don't think he has done anything wrong.


Now if he disappears with the money and doesn't do what he has said he will do, like ship the kits or give the DVD with his library of information then yes that's fraud. Until that day comes then do not make accusation you can not prove, for which I ask you guys again, PROVE IT or get on with life and stop abusing this man and his attempt to make a way to get funding to research the processes he has shown with his TESLA coil and exciter.
