This could be true IF all particles have exactly the same speed. Since they don't, those slower collide with faster all over and their path from the beginning is, well, just more or less CHAOTIC. In addition, when they reach a planet's (Venus in this case) atmosphere or surface, some of them also reflect and collide with those later coming. In effect, the space behind Venus is full of particles which more or less chaotically go to the Earth.

The particularity of Venus is that she dsnt have a Rodin/Starship Coil around her and do not rotate (1 rotation +-243days) she is not creating a vortex around her and NASA probe discovered no activity behind Venus.
