Hi Nick. You are still getting mixed up between 'Roma Grtiz' and 'Maxim Aliyev'.
Not surprising, as the devices had a lot of similarities.
That drawing was made by forum member captainloz here. It looks like someone has modified Loz's drawing 
a bit further. Loz redrew the really bad connection drawing that Maxim originally sent him.
At any rate, last I heard Loz was not able to get his Maxim device to work, but I haven't heard from him in a while.

I interacted with that 'Maxim' guy in email (as I did with 'Roma Gritz' a year earlier), and Maxim in particular
was acting like a completely shameless fraudster.

Hi Jeg. I posted the original Youtube video links to that guy in Bulgaria's Youtube page,
a couple of pages back here. I also included descriptions and comments on a number of his videos.

Believe it or not, after I made it clear to that guy in Bulgaria in email that I know he is a fraudster
and that many of his videos are very badly done, he still emailed me back last night and tried to
convince me that he is legit. I have emailed him back again and told him not to waste his time,
and indicated again that I know he is a common fraudster. Some of these guys are completely shameless.
I guess maybe the police don't do much about scammers like that in that part of the world, so they
feel free to operate very openly. Based on some comments I saw on that guy's videos, some people
have apparently actually been sending him large sums of money for his fake plans, if the comments I saw
were legit. That is sad to see.

Nick, yes i have seen all these videos. I also can't remember which device is whose but they almost look identical.

Hi Jeg. Well, some videos out there are done somewhat better than others.
Sometimes it is hard to tell by just looking at a video.
Many of that Bulgarian guy's videos look really badly done to me however.

Programs like Adobe After Effects have built in features to remove strings and wires
from video footage, and likely other video editing software has similar capabilities as well.
A person who knows what they are doing and who is experienced in programs
like After Effects can make fake videos using various different techniques, and if they
are reasonably skilled it can be quite hard to tell a video has been edited sometimes.
This makes our job a lot harder in trying to find potentially legit free energy devices on places like Youtube.

P.S. The following video was originally made by some graphics arts students.
They fooled millions of people before they posted a comment on their original
Youtube video (several years ago) explaining that they made this video as a project in their graphics arts school.

The eagle snatching the kid never actually happened. They used
video graphics animation techniques to move the fake eagle around in the video.
That video originally fooled many people on Youtube. Just goes to show how you just can't trust
what you see in videos these days.
That Golden Eagle video was originally made back in Dec 2012.
