I made mistake in  wording.

There  are many ways of energy conversion.
I visited Ted Anis.
I saw the device.
The key to  it is  ~magnets~ with  almost  square hysteresis,(not made anymore)
I made  mistake:
insted of word magnets it should be  word ferrites.



In 50ties till 70ties there were  plenty billions  of it used for computer logic. (коралики)
For these lucky enough the easiest way is to  crush them into the powder  and using  compound to make few
big ones in preferred shape and with holes in the right place.
The process to  bake them is called sintering and can be  done  at your garage.

So you crushing that material into fine powder and  mix it  with joining  compound.
than bake it in desired from factor  after pressing  with the press for desired compactness.

Another way to do it is to use micro beads and  glue them together without crushing them.
but you need  thousands of them.
These ferrite  rings  already have all  holes needed.

Ferrite  doesn't care if it  was broken  or not   so if you  have broken ferrite core, when glued acts as a new one.
Well..  vibrations and temperature must be taken to consideration, as beads  mechanically switches their  magnetic domains. 
But  where to get  that many square hysteresis switching  rings?
These were made from  proper chemically prepared  ferromagnetic  metal particles to maintain  square  hysteresis in 1950ties till  end of  the era of max 1989.

Quality of the material:
If you were to trust some Chinese products claiming square hysteresis I would  first look who buys  it.
If it  was made by american company in China  than it maintains the spect.
If it was made  by  some Chinese  and not in Soviet CCCP than  it is likely the same
fake like Putin Russia product if there  is any ....as Russia doesn't make almost anything.
Russia today simply  acts as a  cheap gas station for the world.

Donald Smith 1994: There are 50 turns on each end of the coils ( 2 Tesla`s back to back ) But add 2 turns on one end of the coil, because you want one end to be delayed slighty so that you get an off sett on those spikes.
