Why does the two wave combined or superimposed frequency rise and fall?.

Think of the blue wave as a series of equally spaced blue cars travelling down the road. In the other lane are equally spaced red cars moving at a slightly faster velocity. If your in a blue car the red cars would appear to approach from the rear (increasing wave magnitude) and pass in front (decreasing wave magnitude) because the red cars are moving faster. However if your in a red car the blue cars would appear to be approaching from the front and pass by the rear because the blue cars are moving slower.

Thus the superimposed waves or beat frequency is just a representation of the blue/red cars or waves approaching, aligning and receding.

It's a perception problem most people have when two things are in relative motion. This is also why many people can show pictures, equations and math however they don't really understand the situation much better. In most respects to understand something we need to use analogies like my example of cars as waves.

We should also understand a voltage measured as a wave function is a physical property. It is an increasing and decreasing charge density so we could think of it in a physical sense like a moving car. The free electrons travelling in a group like the red cars and the stationary protons the blue cars. If we were standing on the side of the road looking at a wire/cars we would see alternating groups of red and blue cars even though only one group is in motion... an alternating color or Sine wave. If both groups of red/blue cars are moving the alternation of colors simply changes with respect to the difference in the speed between the cars.

As I said, relative motion is very hard for many people to wrap there mind around.

Lack of consistency.
Example. 
if  You say that I'm  black than I must stay black person.
if you say that phase carrying  wire  was there  than  why did you remove that wire?
-or may be the answer is that -
you  didn't have consistent story and you were making your story on the spot despite the evidence you have manufactured prior to that dear Panov?

If the wire was cut by  Ruslan and than  Panov took  the device  home, than why this  wire is completely cut on the pictures made  by Panov at his home and at the same time  is present  on his video.
Panov said he will sue Ruslan, but if Panov has evidence than why  he is tempering with the evidence?

Is Ruslan stupid enough to leave behind evidence of a fraud or is it all a distraction.

Panov shows that he repaired the device, but was the repair involved in this hidden wire under the table.
Probably because when you bring your hand closer to the antenna, the light bulb is still lit.
Ruslan also accidentally shows the cable under the table in the film. What this is about ?
