were it not  for his Vids showing good measurement protocol  and OU  the fights , er Discussions would still be going on.

Are you really trying to suggest that Tinman has been suppressed?  Tinman published all but the circuitry in his black box.  Assuming that he has been on the up and up, that means that he has a circuit that shorts one coil as he showed under some circumstances.  Maybe it shorts in pulses, or bursts of pulses, but according to his diagram all it can do is short or not short that coil and/or pass some current in one direction or the other through a circuit loop that includes a resistor that looks to be about 100 Ohms.

Tinman is a talented and dedicated experimenter but electronics is not his specialty.  So, the chances that there is something sophisticated in his black box are extremely low.  Assume for the moment that there is surplus energy to be had from his Rotary Transformer.  What is the barrier to anyone who wants replicating Tinman's arrangement?  If you can't find a circuit to experiment with, it is easy to draw one up that is very flexible and you can drive from a function generator or an Arduino, or even a 555.  Low cost function generators abound these days for as little as $20.

   Akula stopped further development of his second video device.
At least Ruslan is still improving and further developing Akula's second video device, and is now obtaining 4000w output, to light his bulbs, or so he says.
   I wouldn't be surprise to have Ruslan goes off and disappear, as well.

Tinman has expressed the belief that he is onto something big with his Rotary Transformer.  He gives that reason for why he does not disclose what is in his shorting box.  He was close to a resolution as to whether the apparently extaordinary results were real or not.  He has already expressed frustration at what he saw as people ripping him off.  If he believes he's really got OU then he could have gone quiet to protect his interest.  Alternatively, he may have found an error in his set-up and either doesn't want grief and/or thinks he can find a way to fix it.  As far as men in black showing up to suppress him:  What is there to suppress?  He posted his diagrams.

For any extraordinary claim:  look for objective evidence.  Perhaps the strongest evidence is successful reproductions.  Have people successfully reproduced the results claimed by Kapanadze?  Akula?  Ruslan?  Are any of those guys rich yet from selling electricity they make for free?  If these guys have been straight shooters, then where are the working reproductions?

John,  yes I think that is correct. However Tinman made it very clean in the beginning, that he was not going to disclose everything, and the purpose of his incomplete schematic he showed was only to clarify the measurement points of the scope and DMMs.   Should he not have got offended, he would not have disclosed the full circuit either.
