I do not understand how you can believe there is no reactive current flowing in a circuit having both inductive and capacitive reactance.

Before the video even starts, the first frame shows that you have the secondary resonating cap in parallel with the load or the lamps and you have the sense resistor in series with this combination.  Herein lies the source of your "OU" as you are including the reactive current through the capacitance in your overall power output calculation.  This is a common error that is easy to make.

Simply rewire the secondary circuit so that the sense resistor is in series only with the lamp load and then the capacitor would then be in parallel with that series network.  I think you will find that your OU goes away under these conditions.
