 I don't know what exactly things are but I do know some things about them. Personally I like to keep things really simple.

The electricity makes magnetism

The magnetism makes induction.

The Induction makes the magnetic forces.

The force scales with the smaller induction field.

Important note:
The induction happens in a chain reaction, so it should be easy to build a permanent magnetmotor. If you accept that fact it should take you no more then 10 min to find a drawing of something that works.

Physics simply self destructs where the position of the magnets changes by an infinite small amount. It's making the induction and it's forces change by an infinitely large amount.

Linear motion would cause linear change, induction happens over time so the speed determines the rate of change.

When aligned 2 magnets induct fields into another the flux goes up.

The linear motion also changes the alignment, it's induction and it's rate of change.

There are to much factors changing values in the system. Most changes affect their own source. The magnets evidently interact with themselves.

How it all works exactly I don't know. It does show me that perpetual motion is quite easy.
