These two different and district technologies can not be compared.
Noblefuse's  system is based on magnetic resonance cold fusion reaction not plasma, the plasma electric field is only a carrier and means of high resonate magnetic field production.
Eric Lerner's system is based on highly compressed concentrated plasmoid fusion. 

Then there are the hot fusion guys trying to build lasers to produce the billions of degrees it takes to fuse.
They say none of this below temp stuff can be done. No one knows who is right until they open there minds to do the experiments.


To everyone following the way of Dogma
I do not see Noblefuse as a con or fraud as he is asking you for nothing, no money, nothing  only that someone replicate what he has stumbled on that has the means to build this thing. You should all be happy that he is sharing his findings and asking others to replicate as appose to hiding his findings.You people bitch no matter what someone seems to find ,share,hide or just talk about in general. You bitch about your dogma and compare this guys works to that guys works making judgments on who is right and who is wrong. Though you have no projects of any kind having to do with such bitch on your bench. Go build something so you can be flamed on how it cant possibly work!  All of you go build something and be part of the solution not the problem.

I was not referring to the technology involved but to the phenomenology.
The treatment in pdf given at http://noblefuse.com/nfg6.pdf contains some new ideas which are welcome and may have merits (although I prefer not to comment on them at this time) but unfortunately when speaking about its applicability on power generation it falls short from the very beginning because it is done in a very simplistic (I?m in favor of simplicity, where possible, but this is unrealistic) approach. It would be too much to write on it but, just as a start, one can see that plasma is considered collisionless, which is not the case. Thus, equation 4 and subsequent rationale can not be applied. Instead, collision frequency (and mean free path etc.) should be considered but apparently this approach was totally disregarded/ignored.

There are a myriad of other phenomena that are also not even considered. Plasma is notoriously difficult to be modeled. For anyone interested, some good fundamentals can be found at http://www.plasmaphysics.org.uk/ that will make my point clear in case it wasn?t enough.

Skipping the core of the nfg6.pdf paper for now on the above grounds, let?s get to the end of it where one finds out that a ?machine with following characteristics? will be needed:
Voltage: 256 million volts
Frequency: 1.420 GHz
Neither one of the two parameters is properly deduced (the characteristics are given more like guesstimates) nor the machine is well defined (i.e. at what power?! frequency stability etc. etc.) but let that alone, I?d doubt there is a single commercial manufacturer able to producing it as requested. (But even if it was, I expect one will have by the end mainly a very expensive x-ray machine.)

All in all, I am probably advocating for seeing some experimental evidences. I guess I?m just too tired of seeing nothing but high-hope smoke based on dogmas and/or counter-dogmas. Anyway, if the issues I raised are more dogmatic that I?ve read, I?ll leave the forum.
