sonic toothbrush
These battery powered teeth scrubbers move their heads back and forth up to 7000 ... The whole brush head vibrates?and this can make sonic toothbrushes
The head from a sonic toothbrush (seen in the lower part of the photo) is just like an ordinary manual toothbrush. Unlike a standard electric toothbrush, it doesn't contain a rotating mechanism. The whole brush head vibrates

powercat, thank you. That sounds like a perfect solution. Good thinking.

I am off to get one.

I was up all night trying to post a video and for some reason, I can't do it. Why not? The footage is from my digital camera, is that why not?

I went to RadioShack and bought some coil winding and a capacitor, I have some diodes here some where but I couldn't find them last night.

My daughter had a old battery powered toothbrush that uses two AAA battery?s. Dora the explorer. "LOL" I tested the battery?s as they are used and they were kind of dead at 2.5 volts together but they had .59 amps. I took the toothbrush apart and found it to be like the one powercat gave me a link to.
It has long rod that moves back and fourth so I broke the top off where the brush is and I attached the large neo from the flashlight to it. I then slid the set up back in the flash light and turned it on. It powered the flashlight but only when it was pushed up in to it as far as it would go. When I shook it by hand it charged to 3.25 then I tested it after I left the light on and drained all the power, which took about two hours, and when I used the toothbrush, it charged to 3.5.

I believe that the way the coils are wound in the flashlight, is the same way I need to wind the new coils but not so long and the coils top end windings have to face each other. In the flashlight, the top end windings are attached to the positive side.

I have no doubt that this will work with the new windings and design have figured out. It worked in the flashlight and I was only able to utilize a small portion of one of the coils it has. It has to at least double it's output using two coils that are better matched for the action.

So far, so good. I will take the board out of the flash light today and replace the capacitor with a larger one I bought last night and attach new coils to the board as well.

I will try and post a video again latter. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can post a video, please post them.

This was about a waste of time. I can get good voltage but not much for amps. The voltage produced doesn't make up for the voltage used. The wind belt must not put out much for amps.

I am going back to my crystal radio design for producing power.
