If we have a 1/4 wave per any length of winds then the field builds up in 2 layers for a half cycle. When  the cycle goes into the last half the field is shut down in 2 revolutions thus collapsing a DC bias leftover (retained energy). This all happens in cycle segments.
So we get the initial wave which looks like a DC bias (retained energy) and the collapsing segment which looks like a delay.
Because of the stored energy in the coil it is retained till the collapse closes it.
This is length of wire equal to circumference equal to frequency. Start with the resonance. Shorten the pulse as much as possible (careful). The circumference presents a center of impact or no cross zone.

Very much like the wave interleaving in the ECD.

             Like Grumpy said this really isn't rocket science.  If you get rid of the concept of quantifying energy in terms of the electron volt things start to become quite clear.  You have to thow out Maxwell's equations also because they were derived from incomplete experimental data.  Along with Einstein's spacetime vacuum grid which mysteriously falls apart if there is something real big on it.   These are all great tools to work with but what was never taken into consideration, is that light rides on a carrier whose manifestion leads one into the plane of the unified mind.

What about iron core delay ? That would explain why first SM device cannot work when reversed.
I cannot imagine other effect to explain it except iron core NMR giving EXTRA electrons

By tapping into the variable time field of
the planet, which, being "non-dimensional" is not subject to the physical
laws of conservation. This is accessed by zeroing all subordinate vectors,
such as those occupied by ambient electrical and magnetic fields. We then
create a second time gradient, by the same technique, but in opposition to
the first. When they converge, the electrical and magnetic vectors reform,
but at greater potential.

Tom Bearden claims that when a Source ( a dipole ) is connected to a resistive load, the most important part of the principle is the information transfered to the load at the speed of light by the S-Flow. The S-Flow is pure EM energy which flows through the space and outside the conductor. This energy is Free and only this part must be used as a "free lunch". Just after this very short time, after that the switch is closed ( the transient phase ), the current begins to flow in the circuit. This transient phase is named the Relaxation Time. In copper, the relaxation time is incredibly rapid, it's about 1.5 x 10-19 sec. When the current flows ( the permanent phase ), the circuit consumes power from the Source and dissipates energy by Joule's Effet, this phase must not be used in our case.

To quote Patrick Flanagan -

Bearden makes things too complex. He is brilliant and his math is excellent.
But he gives no guidelines for experimental work. Generation and detection of
scalar signals is really simple. The antenna designs are exactly the opposite
of antenna that are designed for EM radiation. Perfect 1:1 standing wave ratio
antennas do not generate scalar fields. The so called mis-matched antennae work
great!
