Hi there Pete,

How professional of you to be sarcastic. We were expecting better conduct from someone who represents a Swiss Company. For obvious reasons "danieldingel" as used in this forum is only a username. And regarding the spelling of Mr. Dingel's name, perhaps it would be best for you to ask Mr. Pena himself (who has also seen DanielDingel.com opened and checked by Mr. Dingel himself in his own house) what the correct spelling is. It is insulting to publicly misspell someone's name.

I'm glad that the prospects of the Ethos-Dingle (sic) partnership is very good, as you claim. I'm also glad that you clearly denoted the word "prospects". In other words, there is still no solid partnership and everything's fluid, a negotiation in essence.

For your information also, DanielDingel.com was set-up by non-profit individuals, and the website is up and running even without donations. They are simply optional. DanielDingel.com has nothing but the purpose of standing for Mr. Dingel online, and not to be "for profit" like your group.

Do you have legal documentation as DanielDingel.com does that you are authorized to use Mr. Dingel's name and likeness online to sell shares of stock, products, and other things in his name? We'd all be glad to see.

Because if you are indeed authorized by legal documentation signed by Mr. Dingel himself and that he would acknowledge when asked, then I see no problem and we'd gladly turn over website (DanielDingel.com) rights to your group. It's that simple.

Let's see the scanned documents (no text-only alleged conversations please).

Dear Sir,

I represent my companies in 76 countries around the world, including Switzerland, and have 8,000 Agents ... I humbly suggest that 8,000 people can't be wrong about my integriry and business ethics...

Please read my resume and comments from people who work with me...

http://www.ethoseu.com/the-ethos-group.php

I've worked on the internet for 20+ years.

BUPA Healthcare in England Paid my WebOptimisation Company $200,000 to optimise their website and gained an 800% increase in traffic in the first three months.

Search Google for: Gatwick Information

Our site is #1 with over ten million unique visitors a month. We knocked British Airways off the #1 spot.

Gatwick airport information - flight arrivals and departures
Gatwick airport information, live flight checker, contact details, on line check in - click here for this and more.
www.gatwickinformation.co.uk/ - 66k - Cached - Similar pages

That's #1 out of: Results 1 - 10 of about 2,790,000 for Gatwick Information

We are the best at what we do when it comes to website developments and search engine optimisation (SEO work).

I offered our services unconditionally and free of charge to help Daniel when I met him on 4th April 2008, to which he agreed to in front of Ronald Talion and his colleague (I can find his name if it really matters to you). In European law that we are governed by that is a legally binding verbal agreement that carries just as much weight in a European court of law as a signed one. I didn't foresee a need to get a sworn affidavit to help someone by building them a website - we have built thousands of websites for multinational corporations and banks and have never come across this as one of their requirements before. We usually have our clients sign our non-disclosure agreement so that they don't use or reveal any of our SEO Secrets.

You mention the donations are to cover the hosting fees which should be no more than $5.00 a month or $50 a year - I can offer you free hosting space on one of our servers then you can put that money to better use if that will help...?

This is the template for our latest new hosting and SEO Secrets website: www.ethoshosts.com

The idea I discussed with Daniel when we met was to raise money through the dinglefoundation.com website to give him enough money to make a tangible difference on his fellow Filipinos lives as that was his dream as he stated on one of his youtube videos as I mentioned above. So far this month dinglefoundation.com has received $250+ in cash donations, the offer of a brand new computer system for Daniel, a nomination for XPRIZE, offer of support from a leading group of banks and numerous organisations around the world, a request to be filmed for a USA Water Car Documentary, plus dozens of inquiries for information and a presentation to a cement company that Daniel can choose to do with as he sees is best.

This is another project I sponsor through a colleague of mine who donates our eye drops that dissolve cataracts to people who need them in Africa and India and the idea was to so the same with the foundation to start doing our but with Daniel's help to help the people there.

How would you feel if 1000's of children could see again as a result of your donation and actions?

Can you imagine the positive impact for a
child whose eyesight had been restored?

Can you imagine the relief for the parents,
relations and friends and how they would feel?

You really should look at get yourself some shares... Our members all love them - see comments from two I've included below...

July 2008 It's high time to share - Shares up 130.00% in 52 days!

Hi Peter,

Being the skeptic that I am I was very hesitant in buying ethos shares. I do some trading on the stock market and there is no guarantee that you may make money. As a matter of fact you are more likely to lose money than make money. The ethos stock exchange has enhanced my portfolio with no risk. With continued growth of the ethos companies I would highly recommend buying ethos shares. For those skeptics out there I can assure you that there are profits for all.

I must say Peter that you are a true gentleman. You are very up front and easy to deal with. My buying and selling transactions were done without any problems. Again thank you for this great opportunity.

Regards,

JB- Canada.

Congrats on beating the financial sound barrier. Double your money in six weeks must be something of a record!

Thanks for forwarding the quote, Pete.

I would agree wholeheartedly with the sentiments expressed therein. You've kept your ethical intentions and your feet on the ground through thick and thin and I really appreciated it when I was having the occasional problem and you got back to me. That personal touch makes all the difference. Not too many CEO's are so 'user friendly'.

And speaking of gentlemen, I've always found the Canadians to be the nicest of people. Genuinely friendly and scrupulously honest. So you can be sure JB's recommendation comes from the heart.

Again, all the best,

Sam.

HHO is my personal pet interest as I was a mechanic for 15 years in a previous life and I keep getting told off by my team for 'chasing rainbows' as they call it working on this project but I think it's very worthwhile .

Our eye drops for cataracts are our best seller globally and we have just invented a new novel-compound derivative of L-Carnosine that works even better than NAC at dissolving them and when it is patented we can make even better drops to help restore the sight of millions more people. That is my mission, that's why I'm here... to simply help people...

We should all have been on the same side I would have thought, not worrying about websites but worrying about getting this technology out there before it's too late!

If you've not seen this one yet, doors are opening up all over the world as we raise public awareness the world over...

From the news release, this guy is separating the H & O as well. So the news says he travels 80kms with 1 litre of water. And with only 0.5 amps (assuming 12V) of power...

More power to you...

All the best,

Pete...

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible.

P.S. As I like you and we should be on the same side, I'll give you one little Seo tip for free that might help you greatly in the future... if you want to get traffic to your website change the name of it too... We're already up to #4 when I last checked Google - that's where the traffic is - you can be #1 for a search tearm... but if nobody's out there searching for it... you'll get zero traffic.

http://www.selaplana.com/2008/07/15/daniel-dingle-or-daniel-dingel/

Why misspelled Dingel?s name?

You see, one of the problems of the Filipino bloggers regarding their blogs is the traffic. Just like what I said before, a blog (public not private) that has no traffic at all is dead and that?s what bloggers think especially if their blogs don?t receive any traffic.

Now, one of the ways in getting traffic for their blog is by doing the SEO for their blog. SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. In the field of SEO, a blogger, a webmaster, or an SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) modify every pages of his blog or website to suit the algo of any search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and others, so that the said pages will get the high rank on the search engine result pages.

And part of the so-called SEO is the ?keyword hacking? or they called it ?keyword hijacking?. Filipino bloggers are doing this always. They search for popular keywords, write a post about it, and SEO it in order to win the top position of the search engine result pages.

Other bloggers consider misspelled words, then verify these words for search popularity using the Google Trends. And if they indeed are popular, bloggers will hijack the keywords on their blog. This is what actually Brother Macuha did on his blog. He?s trying to get traffic from searches on ?Water Fueled Cars? and from the misspelled name ?Daniel Dingle?.

P.S. I've been working now non-stop just over 49 hours... Here's the response back from the guy thanking me for my help and for passing his enquiry on to Daniel which I did when it came in at 10:44 yesterday morning...

He is in the Philippines...

As I stated earlier, the Koreans already have the contract for the Philippines...

Do you know anyone else in the world who would freely follow this up and forward it on if they have no vested interest in whether Daniel actually gets to see it or not...?

If you are working with Daniel and the Koreans you have far, far more to potentially gain from this enquiry than I do...

Why am I sending these to you for free...?

If the dinglefoundation.com site wasn't there you'd probably have never got it...

I know I go on... but when you've been working the hours I do and people start questioning my ethics it does upset me greatly...

I could have retired back in 2003 when I got our eye drops for cataracts on the Richard & Judy Show www.ethos.ag and every major high street store and chemist in the UK wanted to buy them from me. I would never have had to work again and could have retired into a lap of luxuory. But I turned them all down so people had to buy them from our members so that they all benefited too. My financial advisor at the time said I was crazy... Maybe I am but I have my principles that I live by and stick by them, win, lose or draw... I don't know of any other person who would have done that - ask yourself... hand on heart, what would you have done in the same situation...?

I think that was one of the things that made Daniel warm to me when he first heard that story about me and it can be independently verified by the thousands of members who benefited greatly financially that whole year ...and right up to this very day.

And I hope that gets my point across that I don't do this for the money, no sane person would work the hours I do.   :)

I've been given this mission to get some answers and get some free energy units out there as I have already proved myself back in 2003 that I have no price and cannot be bought out like so many of the great inventions unfortunately are.

I was planning to fly to Australia to see the 24kW free energy generator but just before I did a little ticker appeared on their website saying it was 'no longer available'. Same story with the 5kW one that was supposed to have just finished 6 month's safety testing by the Chinese government a couple of months ago which seems to have also gone to ground again too... Unless anyone out there knows different...?

So if anyone out there has something out there that works and is looking for someone crazy enough to get it out there who can't be bought out at any price please email me: pete@ethoseu.com ... or Skype: ethospete

Sorry, I digressed... here is your latest enquiry Sir...

Subject: Re: Request for Presentation

Thank you so much Pete for your immediate response.

Is it possible to have him convert my car to a water powered car?

This should convince the members of our association and the members of associations I am affiliated with (e.g., Federation of Philippine Industry, Philippine Iron and Steel Industry, Philippine Constructors Association, Philippine Product Standards and Quality Foundation, etc.) of the technology of Mr. Dingle.

Best of the best possibilities !

[I omitted the name and email address only because it's a post and if you email me I'll gladly forward it on - Daniel should have the earlier enquiry from yesterday anyway.]

Shanti

Nice advertisment! What a wonderful perfect idealistic company -> SCAM!
We are not interested here in any advertisement of your business...

Fact is, you're not only collecting money for Mr Dingel, what I think would be really a honorable thing. But it also looks like you're trying to sell your own cells which have no connection to Mr Dingel, but in a way, that people come to think these are linked to Mr Dingel. Doesn't seem to be very "ethical" to me!
And your misspelling of his name doesn't really contribute to your credibility.

danieldingel

^^@ethospete:

Thank you again for openly admitting that indeed you are collecting money for "Mr. Dingle".

But I digress. We're all still waiting for any legal document that you may have to prove your direct link with Mr. Dingel. Selling shares on his behalf does not count as a direct link. Fulfilling Mr. Dingel's vision, noble as it may be, also does not count as a direct link if you do not have Mr. Dingel's direct permission.

In my part of the world (and I think elsewhere also), there's a term that describes when one individual claims to be someone he is not, and sells products in the name of someone he is not  (or does not have the authority to represent).

Granted that your company is as large as you claim it to be, that really does not matter. Because, if you do not have a single signed legal document that proves your direct link to Mr. Dingel, then how can we believe you? On your word alone?

^@Shanti

You're right. Ethos' misspelling of Daniel Dingel's name (no matter what the reason is - SEO optimization, etc.) doesn't really contribute to his credibility.

^^@ethospete

We have NO intention of deliberately misspelling Mr. Dingel's name, because in our culture that is an insult. You say:

QuoteP.S.

You should be reported to Google. What you're doing is unethical.

To your argument:

QuoteI offered our services unconditionally and free of charge to help Daniel when I met him on 4th April 2008, to which he agreed to in front of Ronald Talion and his colleague (I can find his name if it really matters to you). Sir, European laws do not necessarily apply to the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Dingel lives in a sovereign nation with its own constitution and body of laws. Here in our part of the world, what is written and sworn in accordance with law has more weight than an alleged conversational agreement that is not done under oath.

And did Mr. Dingel ever sign one of your "non-disclosure agreements"? Let's see that legal document, shall we?
