Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Its not that easy ... principle of SR device is unknown

I'm wondering if this might be the schematic of SR or whose it might be and if it worked.  There is reference on it to foot 7 and foot 14 which I was told is a 555 timer but since 555's only have 8 feet (pins) I'm guessing it might be a 556 (dual 555 timer) which does have 14 pins.  I've seen this schematic before but this is the first one I've seen that is translated to English.
Oops!  I see some updated info and it appears the chip is this device: http://radio-hobby.org/uploads/datasheets/k/k561ln2.pdf  which is a Russian chip.  Also this schematic was an attempt to replicate SR's circuit based on what was known about it.  So it's not direct from SR but was 'Crazy-Alec's' interpretation of what he thinks SR's circuit is.

Having looked at that Russian data sheet now I'm going to say it sure looks a lot like a 556 dual timer chip but then I don't read Russian well so can't say for sure.  I would really like to give something a try that doesn't use the brute force Kapagen MOT concept for input power though.  I think this circuit may be worth exploring and I see the hookup to the main Kap coil is a bit different than most of the Kapagen diagrams.

I started on my Kapagen replication project. Got a used microwave oven, and now I've disassembled the MOT and the HV Cap.

Now I'm wondering which HV diode to use in the circuit:

EDIT: PS This is like the first electrical circuit I've ever built, so to start with a HV fringe techonology like this is a good idea, right? :)  So bear with me and my stupid questions!

Man... this is really a bad idea to start working electrical circuits and HV ones with a MOT.
What can i say :S

Man, take it easy. Just because I'm new to EE doesn't mean that I cant be cautious, and by confirming every new step from more experienced people (that I have connetions to) I believe that I'll end up just fine :)

I'm gonna build this circuit as close as possible to JLN's version, and start with low input powers and with a really experienced EE friend of mine.

Shouldnt you be happy that OU/FE stuff is getting in to the knowledge of other people too, than just Fringe EE dudes?

peace
