Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Which device did this come from?

Quark:

Geeze, that looks like cotton insulated wire which is/was the basis for the Stubblefield coils.  Where did this come from?

The cable is most likely Euro 4 core SWA, brown, grey (not white as it appears) and black for phase (careful observation shows the black is behind the brown).  IIRC, other countries use these colors too.

If this is a turkey, there would be no difficulty in obtaining a length of cable from Europe and export it to most locations across the world.  Also, I don't believe anyone with enough cash to build a fake would make such a basic error.

The photo neither proves or disproves anything, same as always....

Sorry!

I don't recall other than a Russian site.

Since I see three coils I assumed it was from the large magnetohydrodynamic pump device but am not sure.

Okay maybe you put too much importance to the color code info i added to the pic. At the end of the day it doesn't matter what color the cables have.
The important part for me is to figure out, where the spark gaps are connected to and where the phases are connected too.
After all the connectivity of the coil to the green box is speculative as there is not a single camera angle in the green box video that clearly shows how it is connected. The photo from turkey shows it a bit better.
Assuming that the principle is the same it serves better in analyzing the set-up.
