This is an article published in the journal Scientific American, volume 218, no. 1, January 1968, pages 114-122   XP002036811  ISSN: 0036-8733

I found this info by searching the net. The Scientific American surely can be accessed in most public libraries and a Xerox copy can be asked for.

Nobody will have rights to claim this technology ever!!!
If after TK alive or not anyone find the secret it will be in public domain and/or property of TK family for next 20years.
Once device is proven patent must be granted.!!!That is the LAW... Patent application must obey known knowledge.
If anything was  submitted that is based on any previous patent and/or patent application that  it becomes non patentable.
TK filed international patent application.
That is last moment TK and none apart from TK to get patent on it. There is nothing that could be changed that helps anyone to patent it.
After TK there is no protection ever and this art is free to public to copy and utilize. Please read this document.

Someone could make a free energy device that is "similar" to TK or Don Smith (which both are really from Tesla's work) and not infringe on TK patent.  They could give it to the world and TK would get nothing.  The longer TK waits the more likely someone else will give the world a free energy device and that persons name will be known worldwide. Not TK. 

I would be very sorry if that happens after knowing all that TK has gone through. BUT TK is the one waiting for something to happen and TK may wait too long.

This is just my humble opinion (IMHO).  Don't go crazy on me.
