How does Tesla carried out the transformation of the electrostatic induction in the electromagnetic induction? Certainly such a device he had invented ...

I believe that the iron box, is a prototype device that Nikola Tesla invented the ...
How this device can be work with?
1. On the primary winding is applied  high-voltage pulse through the discharge gap.
2. In the secondary winding arises  the electrostatic potential.
3. The electric field polarizes the molecules of the dielectric(oil).
4. At the surface of the iron corps appears the electrical potential.
5. Between the grounding and the iron casing occurs the electromotive force. An electric current will flow from the ground in the direction of the iron casing.

I was able to make some successful experiments in which I tried to realize this principle of transformation.
