I thought he said running in series  need to keep them even
that is the voltages equal.
if in series connecting 20 and doing a dc to dc step down
is one way to get current.

I'm only to pleased to help out with anything i see on the subject, i found Johns new YouTube site a few months ago and have been watching for a video that might tantalize or hint on the mixture in the cells he makes but was blown away when he just came out with it.

i myself am going to try some long thin copper tubes as cells, am eager to try different lengths of copper pipe with galvanized wire centre as in this case being the cathode, i think the copper outer pipe will naturally become the anode,

I finally got the video up. Certainly takes acting to a new level anyway. I don't think JH has done his cred any favours but hey he was kind enough to share his methods.

There was not alot in there we didn't already know so I think for most of the "cell builders" here, it will be case of fine tuning what we already have. The calcium carbonate seems to be one of the ingredients in the Marcus Reid cells only he used it in the form of Calcite. Same stuff.

Anyway good luck guys, but remember don't expect Amps out of these things.
