Due to my decreasing health status, I want to sell the overunity.com domain and all its hosting files
under the following conditions:
Overunity.com is a unique and valuable domain name with a long history and a large, engaged community since 1997.
It is the perfect home for a forum or website focused on overunity, free energy, and other cutting-edge technologies.

We are offering Overunity.com to the highest bidder who has at least a Senior member level user and who agrees to continue to run the forum and website
in a way that is consistent with its current mission and values.
Payment will be accepted in Bitcoin.
Here are some proposals when selling Overunity.com:
Minimum bid price will be 1 BTC plus 0.2 BTC for a prize pool, that will go to a Members Prize Pool for the best invention
which was put into the open source by an inventor which puts out usable energy.

We will use a reputable escrow service. This will protect both me and the buyer during the transaction.
I want to sell the domain and the forum files and hosting contract to at least a Sr. Member member level user.
This would allow the forum and website to continue to be run by a community of people who are passionate about overunity.
If you want to run the forum with a newer and easier Content Management System, you can either use Wordpress with the
WP-Foro Forum, but you still have to use their Simple Machines to WP-Foro converter Software
to convert it to Wordpress based WP-Foro format.
Or otherwise you can use the SMF 2.2 route to stay at a Simple Machines forum, which is stable, but not so comfortable to
manage.
I will help you during this process, if you want to switch to a newer CMS, but you can surely also stay at SMF 2.019 as it is now.

A couple of questions if you don't mind:
1. Since this is not a Web Site, traffic numbers are hard to get. So, do you have any Traffic
Statistics? Also, it might be helpful if there are any numbers regarding site revenue, costs, etc.
2. Will this be an "On Line" auction? When will the biding begin and end [if you know at this point]?
3. Do you have any problem with an agent or legal representitive contacting you directly? [PM or

Bitcoin could go down again to 10 K, if we will run into another recession..in my view..
So it is a gambling thing, if it will rise or fall again..
The US Debt has risen to an extreme height and they are printing so much fiat money..Could come to a fall soon...Who knows, what will happen and now with all the wars in Ukraine and Israel, it does not look too good...

I was told here are some younger members who are crypto millionaires and for them it will be no problem to pay 1.2 BTC as they probably have a few thousand Bitcoins , which they bought cheaply during 2013 to 2015, when BTC was still cheap
and they still have that in their crypto portfolio assets..
BTW, the hosting is costing about 10 US$ per month for the domain and I have a good hosterthat can drive almost unlimited traffic in this package.
So it is not too expensive and we make about a few GigaBytes of traffic every month when I remember correctly.

You seem to have made most members of this forum your enemies, not through science or false promises thereof, but through what extra you brought of yourself.
What future could you offer the forum let alone its original mission, short of paying members a hefty fair hourly fee to hang out at your place?
Stefan is deeply respected in this community, for what he's stood for. With money, you might buy minions, but not voluntary members. If you want to help, donate the money (way more than Stefan is asking as a minumum to a respected member who's up for the job and have yourself banned for life. I'd respect that actually.

This is way too complicated now and that would also only run on my PC...So this does not help to keep the content alive all over the Internet...
User Cloxxki suggested that it is stored anyway in the Webarchive.org but the question is how long...
Well we probably need a setup where the content is automatically moved to a blockchain like Hiveor ICP or something simular...but in my state of health I can't do this anymore...
Therefore we need the younger folks which are good programmers, that can help with it..
