Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Quotei would like to thank allcanadian and sparks for clearing up the language about BEMF as it is only in motors but CEMF has not yet really been explained well enough for proper use here

This was covered over on the TPU thread. CEMF and BEMF are two different terms for the same thing.  In the UK we generally use the term BEMF, the states use the term CEMF.  Just as here in the UK we say anti-clockwise, in the states they say counter-clockwise.  Do not be confused by the two different terms for exactly the same phenomenon: CEMF = BEMF

And before anyone pipes up, the Wikipedia definition is wrong and so quite misleading.

The so-called inductive kick however may be something altogether different.

I have no clue as to what ISTs HEMF is... probably something that is indigenous to IST's fantasy world!

Oh just found it:

Quoteand it stands for high electro motive force ..

Yes, I was right, it is something indigenous to IST's fantasy world.

To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. The part L  however  by virtue of its self induction  offers a strong opposition to such a sudden discharge  wile the condenser on the other hand offers no such opposition ......TESLA..

THE !STORE IS UP AND RUNNING ...  WE ARE TAKEING ORDERS ..  NOW ..   ISTEAM.CA   AND WE CAN AND WILL BUILD CUSTOM COILS ...  OF   LARGER  OUTPUT ...

CAN YOU SAY GOOD BYE TO YESTERDAY?!?!?!?!

IST,

My 1.5 VDC AA battery could be explained that it has LEMF (low EMF). I also have a 100VDC Battery which supplies what could be called HEMF (high EMF).
Now, if I hook up my HEMF battery to a coil, I would be charging the coil with HEMF. When I remove the battery, it sends EMF BACK. This is why it is called Back EMF or Counter EMF. High EMF just means a high voltage. Tesla was a very smart man but do you think maybe he just left out the word "counter" or "back". I think he figured out that most people would know what he was talking about, but I guess he might have been mistaken.

You should read his word as " a counter EMF of high amplitude" or something like that.
You shouldn't argue about things you don't understand.

@Mr.Mag
The wiki definition of Bemf or Cemf
What many refer to as a "kick" is in fact an inductive discharge, it is not Bemf nor Cemf. As well Lenz law does not apply to an inductive discharge because a true inductive discharge does not follow the standard transformer turns ratio-- it also produces a substantial voltage rise when meeting any resistance. If you are an engineer then perhaps you can tell me how Tesla produced a 10,000 volt rise per inch of conductor in his open helical coils? Has anyone here actually read any of Tesla's patents or literature? ---besides IST.

@Tink
You have more to learn than you could possibly fathom ;)

Farrah Day already covered the Wiki issue. Don't always believe everything you read.

Reading Tesla's patents and literature doesn't mean that he understands anything.
I have read all of Dr. Phil's books so with your thinking that means I am a psychiatrist.

AllCanadian please change your name. You and IST are making the rest of us Canadians look pretty stupid.
