When you say fully charged cap, is it necessary for the cap to be filled to the rim(close to voltage rating of the cap)?  Or if we have a 1000uf 100v cap, 16v can be considered full, if 16v is what we want to work with?  ;]

I''ll just answer the first one: Voltage is very extremely fast, it will just make the electron already in the coil be glow first before the flowing will take place. and in the glow, the magnetic field is build. as i have said awhile post that flowing from caps make push and switch their glow of the electrons already in the coil right?    and the glow effect is magnetic field effect also.

Does the bifi, in this situation actually self oscillate after excitation?
Is this the coil we need for this experiment we are talking about?

yfree said the self oscilation builds on its own, and after it does you close sw2 to collect the higher energy.

If true, why doest it need to be started with a high V pulse if it builds on its own?  I guess its a good thing, or my bifi sitting in the closet would have melted down long time ago, just from any stimulation.

One time i had an experience of electrocution from a Television and i don't exactly know what kind of electricity is that but it seems that it is an AC from A CAP.

I had an experience also about cellphone battery when i charge it but not completely charge, the next time i charge it, it cannot go full, it remembers the first charge and stop there.

well, Tito you are right ,here is my theory:


Each electron is small magnet and when circuit is closed for the initial first nanoseconds there is this effect mentioned by Bearden which rotate electrons (polarize them like in dielectric) - this create opposing magnetic field to the source magnetic field - aka Lenz law. Then current start to flow. This effect is nothing more but famous Tesla radiant energy or Tesla longitudianal radio wave , just flowing around wire. Magnetic field distrurbance.
