Pirate88179, I am now on 8.02 Spring 2002 Lecture 9 and I have found a few things with in the ones I have seen that are not right and I believe that is because he doesn't understand them properly.

So far this series does back my theory?s as well as the few things that he was unaware of happening such as the Faraday cage. that is just one of a few that I have came across so far.

The thing about the cage is that he things we can hear him when he is in it because his voice is a higher pitch. That is not true, we can hear him because he is actually producing a vibration inside which creates a vibration on the outside of the cage. He cant get a vibration in, but he can get one out. His own lecture explained how that affect works but yet he didn't catch on. I think that is because of his closed mind on what electricity is and still assuming that electrons exist. If electrons exist, then they have to be vibrations. I am not sure how to clarify them as of yet but I am most definitely positive that electricity is nothing more then a vibration. his lecture confirms this with out him even realizing it.

This lecture proves how some book teaching take away some of your common sense. IMO.

We should start a thread on this lecture series. I think we can learn a lot from it and not just by what is said but also by what isn?t and by what we find wrong with what is said.

The more I watch them, the more the mathematical physics part makes sense. That?s scary. LOL When I started it just looked like a bunch of letters and it took awhile for it to kick in that they all have a relevancy.
Just think of all the nightmares I will have now. My pies will start looking like mathematical pies, eye glasses will start looking like infinity, and my postings will all be coded by using just the first letter of words I use all the time. Nobody will understand me. Not that they do anyways. LOL

27 more to go. Do you think we can take a test after we get done and if we pass, we could get a degree from this course? LOL

I am really enjoying this lecture series.  Math is my weakest area so he loses me many times, but I can go back and look up symbols on the net and finally get what he is saying.  Yes, it would be nice to be able to take a test at the end but, the way I am going, I don't know if I could pass it or not, ha ha.  I am learning a lot which is fun.

It seemed clear to the Pythagoreans that the distances between the planets would have the same ratios as produced harmonious sounds in a plucked string. Kepler, 20 centuries later, wrote in his Harmonice Munde (1619) says that he wishes "to erect the magnificent edifice of the harmonic system of the musical scale . . . as God, the Creator Himself, has expressed it in harmonizing the heavenly motions."

And later, "I grant you that no sounds are given forth, but I affirm . . . that the movements of the planets are modulated according to harmonic proportions."

After my previous post  Would it now be safe to say that the "system were a part of is much larger than us and our "system of unity" is dependant upon the rest of the solar system as well .  Notice the feild lines that extend from the earth and go to the sun and ..who knows where else.. A magnetic feild line diagram of our whole solar system would be sure to shed some additional light on some mysteries here...
