on the transformer E core. The secondary coil had capacitor attached for freewheeling LC.
This is why he could run it on the higher frequency than you can expect.

Inside the blue box at Allegan's circuit, I see that he is inputting to his mosfet driver a 5V pulse from 74hc132 while he is supplying his driver with 12V. Does this work right? I had experienced in the past a high temperature increase on the driver part due to difference between the driving voltage and its power supply voltage. Is that true or you don't experience any problem driving it this way?

no, no problems noticed, the MOSFET driver runs on 12V taking its input pulse from the 74hc132 which runs on 5V.

The temporary battery shown starts the low powered oscillators. The hidden battery inside the pvc pipe powers the high power FET mosfets and bulbs. Then power from the output can then take over to power the low powered oscillators and the temporary shown battery can be removed. As soon as power to the oscillators is interrupted output stops. Why put the pvc pipe in a box?  Only one reason to keep the open ends from coming into view.

You sure guy would spend hundreds of dollar on parts (which mostly are blown before demo) and years of overtime just to show fake? If yes, this forum is not for you as the life have lots of other important things where you can spend your time without wasting others.
