A scope probe on grenade and the second probe on capacitor in series with inductor.
from 8 Khz to 14.8 Khz signals are in faze
from 15Khz to45Khz signals are opposite, choose a frequency from this part were signals are opposite

   conico:   The TL494 circuit does not go lower than 13.5KHz, nor does it need to go lower than that. I followed the Ruslan/Stalkers induction circuit diagrams, that I have previously posted.  But, I've seen no inversion, or frequency change by adjusting the duty cycle. My frequency is steady unless I change it on the TL494 board.

NickZ, i use 1.5nF for base time of TL494 and now my push-pull start from 8 Khz to 66 Khz
A scope probe on grenade and the second probe on inductor different frequency, on inductor  two times, three times  four times the grenade frequency. I used the duty cycle pot from push-pull.
May be you don't have a scope probe on inductor !!! you have the scope probe on Wima cap?

the result of that on line calculator is multiplied by a coefficient of 0.7 or 0.8 for practice
