I do not know. I watched his last video, where he presents the device working and he says there ,it works best at 1.8 MHz.

But his commet, were he corect that error probarly is later, than that video.

In one coment Ruslan wrote, that in that system is all same like in 12 volts system, so must be same and wire lenght.

It matters a lot.
When winding electromagnet on conventional method each layer North/South is facing second layer South/North which effectively lower magnetic field strength outside of the coil. The strongest magnetic field is inside of coil.
When each layer North/South is facing second layer North/South you get same effect as two magnets forced with same poles. This results magnetic field concentrated on center outside of coil and is strongest there. This is same effect as optic lenses are doing...
P.S> The most logic reason why we want to have strongest magnetic field on scalar grenade coil 1/4 and 1/2 halves is what makes electricity - the magnetic field from inductor and the electric field from antenna leading from Tesla coil.. Like vice versa when we have electric field and magnetic field on the wire when there is current.

Hi T-1000. Sorry, just noticed this reply from you. Well, on an electromagnet, all layers are
still wound in the same direction so there is no north south poles opposition. If that were not so
the electromagnet windings would not be very effective. Both winding methods always have
north and south poles in additive alignment for each layer, but the method you have described for
winding the bifilar inductor is the way tesla has described in his patent, and it may have a higher capacitance
than the other winding method. I agree that this could possibly make a difference in performance of
this device. I will try winding the bifilar inductor the way you mentioned. Thanks for the feedback!

In this case just make 2 coils with same dimensions and two different winding techniques then measure magnetic field strength on the outside of coils when they are connected as electromagnet. You will see difference instantly.

That video is just 3 days old. The last one he made. But I really think it is not as much important. More important is to have properly working Katcher on the frequency of bifillar. And if it will work 1.6,1.8 or 2MHz , doesn't matter.

I would eppriciate if someone can share his knowledge how to make katcher. I found and builded as at sketch below. But it doesn't seems to be strong enough to power my Tesla coil from bigger distance to secondary.  It draws around 1.5 -2 Amps at 24V. Did anybody did successfully same or different type of driver with perfect sine output? How long should be the primary?? 1/4 of secondary as in Don Smith devices?  And how long should be the second antenna above "grenade"coil?   Thank you.
